for the Patriot Unity Coalition
1.
We are a law abiding Coalition, we do not endorse illegal
activity of any kind. We highly support and defend
the rights of the American citizens to defend themselves
and their families from any abridgements of their rights
according to our Constitution and Bill of Rights!
2.
Each member, and affiliate member shall
display, preferably on the main page of their website,
the
Patriot Unity
Coalition emblem. It may be displayed
anywhere on the site, though it is expected
that a prominent location will
demonstrate your faith in the purpose and importance
of the Patriot Unity Coalition.
(Linking
directions)
3. We are
here as Patriots, working together for the goal of
restoration
of the Constitution and our founders principles that
made the United States strong.
We all recognize that our rights are God given and were numerated
by the founders so we as citizen know those rights and
will take the responsibility to protect
those rights from Government infringements of those rights.
4.
We as different organizations might not agree from
time to time but we do recognize the fact that we agree
on
the common goal of restoring our great
nation to its founding principles. We agree that personal
disputes between us shall
be kept respectful and out of the public eye and off public
site forums and blogs. We will agree to disagree respectably
and avoid public attacks on each
other.
5. There
will be no mediation by the Site Delegates on this
site in a dispute between members of this
Coalition. We
would expect that in the case of a dispute
between member sites, that they will act as grown mature
adults and handle their dispute in private in accordance
with rule 4. If a public assault is
made by
a member site toward another member site then the proof
of the assault shall be presented to the P.U.C. site
Administrators
then handed over to a 7 member
board for examination. If the board finds that the accused
party is in violation of these guidelines then the board
will suggest a public apology from the attacker
and removal of the assault from public display! If findings
of the board are refused by the aggressor then termination
of site membership will occur.
6. The
7 member board panel shall be elected from the delegate
pool from the first
20 member sites assembled in the PUC
site.
7. Delegates
may hold meetings to make suggestions for changes in
this site at any time, either for functions
or change
of guidelines! They shall cast
their
votes for suggested changes and hand the the results
in to the P.U.C. site Administrators. The P.U.C. site
Administrators
shall make those changes at
the best of their
abilities according to the findings of the P.U.C. site
Members
Delegates as long as its function can be obliged within
the perimeters of the function of
the P.U.C.
sites features.
8. Public
information may be shared within the P.U.C. site and
posted by the P.U.C. site
Administrators.
We agree
that factual information is crucial for
the credibility of the P.U.C. site and reflects on
each site member. Each site member will research
that information
to
ensure its content is factual and
credible information. If information is a personal
opinion then it must be stated as such.
9. Any
member site of the coalition may terminate membership
at request
with a email notification to
the P.U.C.
site Administrators at any time from the
member site owner or the member site Administrator.
Membership removal will not be questioned
and removal will be obliged as instructed. The
member site owner or member site Administrator may
change
or remove
their site member delegates at their
desire,
with email notice to the P.U.C. site Administrators.
Changes again will not be questioned and the changes
obliged as instructed.
